“The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, and the shower very large. But, the guests that arrived Friday and Saturday night were loud, noisy, and inconsiderate way past midnight. On Friday morning, a woman was knocking on a nearby room at 2:30 AM, asking to be let in. A large family of kids were going up and down the hall near midnight as if it was a playground. And finally, the TV monitor was quite nice but it took both remotes (the monitor and the DISH TV) to locate channels.”

“다음과 같은 사항이 불만이었습니다. 호텔로만 보자면 인생 최악의 서비스였네요. 1. 비용 처리 및 직원 HOTELS.com에서 미리 완납하였는데 1박 후 330불을 부과함. 미리 다 납부하였다고 설명하였더니 자기가 알아본다고 하고 알려준다고 하고서는 결국 알려주지 않음. 다른 직원에게 체크아웃시 얘기를 했더니 직접 전화해야 한다고 함. 2. House keeping 5일을 묵는 동안 방 청소/정리를 한번도 하지 않음. 할려고도 안함. 이런 호텔은 처음 봄. 3. Towel 청소/정리를 안해서 며칠 지나 towel이 부족하여 더 달라고 하니 빨래하는 중이라 45분 후에 준다고 함. 2시간이 넘어도 안주길래 다시 프론트로 갔더니 다른 직원으로 바뀜. 이 직원도 빨래중이라 없어 나중에 갖다준다고 함. 또 몇시간이 지나도 안가져다 주길래 다시 프론트로 찾아감. 그제서야 타월 2장 줌. 당췌 서비스 할 생각은 있는것인지 의심스러움.”

“일반적인 모텔 수준이였지만, 샤워시설이 좀 불편했습니다. 위치가 바트역에서 가까운 편이지만, 주변에 편의시설이 부족해서 불편했습니다”

“미국 호텔 답지 않게 매우 깨끗했습니다. 샌프란시스코 자이언츠 구장과 골든스테이트 워리어즈 스타디움도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. ”

“The room was ok. It was hot out and the staff did not turn the ac on, so after walking and sweating, we had to wait a while for a comfortable room temperature. The bathroom had a barn door that slid but did not actually offer privacy. The place is fine if you absolutely need to be in this area. I would not pay what I paid to stay there again. Mostly due to the location. The plus of the location is public transportation. The negative is the street is very dirty and unfortunately there’s a large...
