Can’t recall the name but he was a young guy with longish dark hair. Please let him know how grateful I am for his assistance and patience with a frantic family member. "The room was extremely clean when I got in there nothing without a place really comfortable bed. Could do a little more with getting better channels on the TV but that's not a big deal. They were very helpful in every way and I'll definitely would stay there again if I returned on there to Raleigh. Thank you again Dave"
