“Service was lacking in the restaurant. One or two of the front desk young girls was amazing. Overall decent value for the price but don’t expect fast service. Reserve for the restaurant as they deny service at will”

“I stayed for 3 nights while attending my sons university graduation. I loved the location of this property a quick walk away from Church of the Holyrood and Stirling Castle. The walk into the city center is 5 minutes downhill. The hotel is located in an old School house so I was fascinated by the building. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was a bit warm at nights but that was not unexpected. The meals in the restaurant were excellent.”

“We were given a room in the lower part which was pretty dark with two little windows, it was a bit gloomy. The bath saved the room, it’s the biggest bath we’ve ever used, was lovely at the end of the day. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, food was very good and as were the staff. Pool was nice but certainly not a pool designed for doing actual swimming, you had to dodge round people to get across to swim on “length”
. Never got to try the hot tub due to the same people hogging...

“On arrival the reception staff were brilliant and friendly. Rooms were ready on arrival but cleanseness not up to standard
Dot from restaurant was amazing and remembered our table and our special event that was happening. She is a true gem. Hotel and surrounding areas were amazing, the views from our balcony were awesome, would definitely recommend our only real complaint is the lack of power points in our rooms and no directory or fire information some lights not working”
