“When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”

“The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was a dresser of drawers in our room. The rooms only have tables/TV stand so we could not unpack our suitcases”

“My second time here but first since the name change. It was a lovely grand room. Very comfortable My only ding was that the grout between the tiles in the shower needed cleaning. A bit mildewed”
