"We checked in around 9pm, get to room only to find out you can't turn on TV. We tried to call front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and were told they had to come to our room to turn on TV. After they he left room we realized you can't turn up volume. Either you turn off air to hear TV or just watch screen with no sound. After a long drive i just wanted tovwatch TV to unwind sobi could sleep. Next morning guess what? They had to come back to our room to turn TV back on. This was after an uncomfortable night with the air not getting room cooled down. Awful experience. I asked why they wouldn't just give us the remote, they said to many being stolen. I asked why they wouldn't charge deposit for it. Was advised owner didn't want to do that. What? I've never experienced anything like this before. "

"Everything was great except the hot tub jets are broke. Could tell girl knew but said oh no, kinda like Mac Donalds ice cream machine. Hopefully next time it will be fixed for real."

"The room was decent yet humid and sticky. The staff manager was good about a situation however the young lady answering the phone and problem managing needs more training. I got the impression she is new and young. She was courteous but wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. Left me on hold off the hook for 15 minutes while taking care of other guest then hung up on me. I called back to talk to the manager to deal with the people outside partying a, drinking and smoking pot. Not amused with my teenager there. "

"Unreasonable management, with bad deductive reasoning skills. The cleaning staff doesnt clean the room unless you tip them. They let people smoke upstairs and then wonder why their smoke alarm goes off. The downstairs management office smells like smoke around the side entrance all the time. I got a contact high walking through the place a couple of times."
