The foam party in Kudetah District was so much fun! Its every Monday, Thursday and Saturday! We havent really explored the resort cuz it was huge! Overall, we are happy with our stay!"

They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall"

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room itself was clean and the staff were generally polite, which I appreciated. However, there were a few significant issues that affected our overall comfort. We came as a group and booked a total of 5 rooms. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 rooms had air conditioning units that were blowing very weak air. In our case, we reported the issue multiple times and were told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to cool down, but even after 2 hours, the room remained hot. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with an 11-month-old who was already sweating and uncomfortable. It took several follow-ups before any action was taken, and eventually we were all moved to different rooms. Additionally, the pool area did not feel well-maintained. Some of the tiles were loose, and a sharp piece actually came off and injured my husband’s foot. While the staff did offer to bring him to a clinic, I believe there should have been more accountability or compensation given that this involved a safety issue with the amenities we paid for. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff attitude were good, the delays in resolving issues, multiple room issues within our group, and safety concerns were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again."

"If you want to be closer to the airport, then this is a so so inn for you, but be aware that staff are not so accommodating, no basic HRM training, room has webs on the corner, no blackout curtains, no proper insulations that is why the owner will call “noisy guest” when they talk in the room, loud music until 12AM when you decided to sleep early to catch up a flight. But if you want comfort, then this place is not for you. "

"The rooms were HUGE and a great value for the price. The shuttle service was timely and polite. The restaurant service was understaffed, but the staff was friendly and hard working. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars in the one hotel room was on the top floor and leaking badly across the ceiling in multiple areas."
