I would like to commend EJ from the restaurant who served us. He’s very attentive. He remembers which drinks we like. He also gave good recommendations. Also, thanks to the helpful front desk staff. "Such a pleasant experience! I’ve been going to Boracay but it was my first time staying with Henann and never regret! Their staff are amazinggggg! Theyre all helpful, respectful, and thoughtful. Marianne from the restaurant is always smiling, sweet to my mom and provided excellent service. Toffee who checked us in was kind and thoughtful enough to gave us a room next to elevator bec I was with mom. Kuya Odon who drove was also very helpful and took care of us. All staff are super nice! Breakfast menu is different each day we always look forward! I love this place and definitely my home in the island! "

"The front desk staff accommodated us with our requests when there was a slight miscommunication with our booking. The supervisor was very emphatetic with us and went out of his way to upgrade our room to a two queen bed and larger room because he felt we dessrved to have a more relaxing space after a long travel. In addition, all their staff from housekeeping, security, concierge, room attendants, front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs all the time. The rooms are spotless, comfortable beds, with complimentary coffee and water which is really nice to have. My family will definitely be back in this hotel in the near future and highly recommend it. Oh and btw, it is located a few steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world!!! "

"The room was nice, especially for the price per night. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious. But most of all the staff was amazing. Very courteous, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my 5 day stay. Iwoudefinitely stay here again "
