I'd say I chose the right hotel to stay in Boracay. The staff of Discovery shores took care of us from pick up and transport to hotel and back to the airport. This is one of the best hotels on the island. The staff is so attentive. The ride from the airport and back is more than worth paying more than other hotels (it's a nightmare if you have to do it on your own). The rooms are magnificent. This is an amazing resort in a most perfect location. The nearly private beach and waters are beautiful. The staff are amazing and the food, the food is excellent. The breakfast buffet is the absolute best I’ve been to, anywhere. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was great, polite and helpful. The room was perfect. The restaurant had great food and wonderful service. We will comeback again.

The place was super spacious and quiet. Fantastic view and very private. Seems like your own corner of the island. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating. Definitely would use their services again if we were to return to Boracay.

This is our 3rd time to stay at this hotel and each time is an amazing stay. Staff are always thoughtful and very kind, always making us feel welcome…never had any issues with all of our stay. Staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Being in the pi you must understand a few things. There’s near or around might not be what you expect. It doesn’t bother us as we are regulars traveling to the pi. Area at entrance to the hotel is under heavy construction and nearly closed off. If you want seclusion, this is the hotel for you. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. First off, it’s a little far from the boracay hub but having their own shuttle service that goes around every few mins was a breeze! In the hotel itself they have 5 huge pools and a private beach. The staff were all courteous and very efficient and reliable. They will attend to your needs without delay. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Checking in was easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very neat and clean upon check in. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was good. The food was hot and fruit was fresh. I recommend this hotel to everyone that will visit Boracy.

Hennan resort and Spa is located on district 2. The heart of borocay. Food was great, friendly stuff, away from the noise of bars and clubs. We had one small problem during our stay, the hot water stopped, not sure why. But a quick call, and staff where there in a flash, repaired, very happy. We didn't arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel, cost us 600 peso, which was ok. But the hotel organised the transfer back to the Airport. It was a lot better, their own Air con van on Boracay Island, a boat only for guests of the hotel, and an air con bus on...

All staff members were very helpful & nice. This was my second time checking in at this hotel although wi-fi needs some improvement, very slow or sometimes doesn’t work at all other than that, I would come back & check in at Boracay Tropics again!

If I was allowed to give the hotel a 10 out of 5, then I would be able to describe my experience with the hotel.
