The staff provided excellent service and very helpful. Clean area and big pool and nice view at the pool. Breakfast are also great.

Henann Lagoon Resort
Maybe a magnifying mirror in the washrooms for people who struggle to see when getting ready. Pool water could be a bit warmer. Other than that, everything was wonderful, staff was so helpful.

This is the most luxurious place we have stayed at and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it was an over-the-top experience overall.
