"It was such a great experience. The breakfast is very nice. Our room is spotless and the location is just amazing. 7 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes walk from the old town wall, and everything is walking distance, without the noise of the town during the night. It’s a great experience. The stuff is just amazing, way more helpful and professional than the guy in the tourist office!"

"The room was small but comfortable, the staff was helpful and it is within the village walls, handy to the historic sites. We skipped their breakfast and found a nice coffee/pastry shop near the market. We opted for their garage parking which proved to be the right decision."

"Very pleasant surprise. The Quinta was purchased by a well-off German back in 2017. He seem to have made it his pet project. Spared no expense to make it a top-notch retreat. The suite we stayed in was originally a horse stable that was turned into a super modern, large place with the help of some leading Lisbon design firm, while keeping some of it’s original features. It is staffed by super nice and helpful locals and is very well managed in all respects. Restaurant was excellent as well. Only regret is we didn’t stay for longer. Excellent place to relax for a few days or use as base for touring the area."
