I loved the hotel. It was an amazing experience.
What I did not enjoy was the fact that room service staff came in while we were out. I had the do not disturb sign on so I didn’t get why they would go in.
Also they went in but did not refill the toilet paper basically they only went in to make the bed.
Other than that it was an amazing hotel the views were spectacular.
Reception area staff and bellmen had an amazing attitude and were extremely helpful.

Beautiful hotel with great interior design and good central location. Some of the staff could be a bit nicer though. Very disappointing with their policy to run private events in the roof terrace & bar while preventing paying guests to have access to it and enjoy it.

The hotel is beautiful, but honestly the location isn’t great. Amenities are rather old and the gym isn’t well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom itself was a good size but the tiny bathroom is a bit tough for 2 people to use.
