“Wonderful location. Made everything so easy. Our only complaint is that parking was additional cost. This didn't seem to be the case everywhere, and there was plenty of parking to be had. Honestly, I'd rather have the parking cost built into the cost of the room than feeling like I'm being nickel and dimed by having to pay extra for parking. But everything else was fantastic.”

“The hotel was super as usual.
The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave.
I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control.
Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too.
Staff were professional and helpful.”

“I used to stay here a lot, but have not for a long time and won’t be going back….its very run down now in places and the bus tours they are catering for have turned it into a very different hotel.”

“Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi.
Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful.
We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. I counted walking through 8 fire doors before...
