“I cannot rate the staff at this hotel more. I've travelled for work for years and I've never had better service at a hotel. The team at the Dumfries Arms were exceptional. I can't fault them. My husband and I had a fantastic two night stay, the food at the restaurant was delicious and catered well for my gluten intolerance. ”

The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower.
