I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Sem serviço de quarto o quarto fico sem limpeza e sem toalhas limpas e um pouco causo do atendimento quando foi relatado q o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Agua do chuveiro não estava esquentando o suficiente. Uma pena pois todos os outtos hoteis da rede Andrade q eu ja tinha utilizado fui uma experiência boa. Desta vez a equipe q estava a frente dos trabalhos deixou a desejar.

Atendimento no balcão muito bacana,pessoal atencioso, porém quarto com enorme vazamento e um cheiro de mofo terrível deve tá assim há tempos, nessa rede de hotel nunca tem vaga estacionamento para quem reserva no aplicativo, sempre desculpa que está lotado, porém sempre vejo estacionamento vazio, então seria bonito dizer a verdade

Os quartos não condizem nem um pouco com as fotos, como se fosse outro hotel. Cada dia no hotel, encontrava uma barata diferente no meu quarto.. sim, uma barata! Se isso não transmite falta de higiene, eu não sei mais o que poderia transmitir (só de pensar no café da manhã). A privada do quarto tinha o aspecto de suja, da cor branca, mas o fundo dela, amarelo, como se estivesse sido muito usada e não limpa.
Baratinhas que apareciam todos os dias no quarto.

O fato do quarto das crianças ser separado do quarto do casal, foi ótimo. Café da manhã bem movimentado, mas organizado. Só a janela do banheiro que não fechava direito e entrava um frio, mas no dia que fui não estava muito frio, então não foi um problema.

Recomendo apenas para dormir sem esperar mais nad

Quarto estava sujo quando cheguei, com papel de chiclete jogado no chao. Banheiro estava ate com sabonete no ralo e o chao sujo. Era dito que o hotel tinha estacionamento mas chegando la, fui informado que nao havia e precisava colocar em estacionamento a parte, a equipe foi sempre fria e nunca tentou ajudar.

Vou comentar por partes: 1- Não ter estacionamento, ao chegar no hotel fui surpreendido que tinha que pagar por estacionamento, o atendente me informou que vocês não deixam essa informação no site. Ou seja fora estadia paguei mais 120 reais para deixar o carro em segurança. 2-Atendimento da recepção: ok. 3- Quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Sou casado, não gostei, Será que o hotel não tem cama de casal? No quarto o único espelho é no banheiro, que por sinal espelho bem sujo ( não pelo trabalho das camareiras) mas sim por estar bem ultrapassado. Puxador da janela do banheiro estava quebrado, lixinho século 21 com sistema que você tem que abrir com a mão para colocar o papel higiênico?. Chuveiros ok. 4- Buffet: bem servido. 5- Camareiras: ok

Banheiro estava com vazamento no box,chuveiro não estava aquecendo direito, E faltou 1 coberta no quarto ( recepção disse que estava na lavanderia) ainda bem que levamos 1 coberta junto, No cafe da manha tivemos que esperar liberar uma mesa pois estava cheio, No mais estava tudo certo.
