"We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Universal Studios. We were able to walk over to the theme park from the hotel in about 10 minutes. We were traveling with little kids, thankfully no strollers. The hotel elevator was under renovation, which was tough dragging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The front desk comped our daily parking fee because of this. The room was big and spacious, 2 king suite. It was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The bathroom was large and updated, with 2 shower heads. Only issue was the shower was slow to drain. We enjoyed our stay, but can't give more stars due to the elevator and shower issues. If you want a clean place close to the theme park with parking, this is great. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our complimentary free drinks at the bar, and the bartender was very helpful and pleasant. I would inquire about the elevator if you are traveling with elderly or very small children, because none of the rooms are ground level."

"Central Location worked well for us for the activities we were doing. Staff helpful and nice. A great brunch spot Hugo’s across the street. High traffic area near 101 as well does cause some traffic noise if you’re noise sensitive at night."

"For the price, this hotel beat all of the hotel in the area, we know all hotel isnt perfect, but this hotel is cozy, in a safe area and super closed to all the stores that we walk too! Will booked again soon"
