The rooms are very spacious and super clean. you can get food very easy order from the room and the service is very excellent..the hotel can arrange the taxi or auto to go any where for nominal price. "The room provided initially upon check in was terrible. It was not cleaned from previous use and was a different room then booked. After a formal complaint they gave us right room. It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement."
