Spacious rooms with river views, excellent location for exploring Hoi An Old Town. Old Town is busy and noisy b but the hotel is nice and peaceful. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly, price is good.

My perspective is a western traveller without children. The room was clean, and comfortable. Staff were excellent, and provided service, and assistance that any foreign traveller would be happy with. I extended my stay by one night and accidentally booked my additional night for an incorrect date. Reception staff assisted me to correct the booking without any hesitation or issues. If you are a traveller without children you may want to limit your stay to weeknights. In weekends they have special pricing for locals and the resort fills up with families. If you are bringing children, then definitely come on the weekend. They will have fun.

spotless, room, resort, pool amenities - resort is quite new and looks great; location on island is unbeatable - beautiful river views - walk into old town and right next to the Memories show. Staff were the highlight - really engaging - Tran on front desk; Han Solo on bar and the lovely lady at the moonshine bar. Price was very very good.

We spent four fabulous days at this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a great choice of breakfast everyday. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean. We’d definitely recommend.

Beautiful place

It was a beautiful place. Prices and food were excellent. The Mini shows were free and lots of fun. We watched the main Hoi An show from the VIP section and were served fresh fruit and water. I am sure you can requestnother beverages as well. The show is about an hour long, and was fantastic. It is a very romantic and action filled history of the region.

Breakfast and food was horrible- literally a 0 if it was an option. There isn’t a mini- mart close or on the island so stack up. The rooms aren’t too bad, but the NOISE CARRYS significantly from neighbors, to hotel music, to kids outside in the pool to boats traveling by on the river. Super super loud environment even when tucked away in bed. Planned 4 night stay, only lasted 2 of 4nights/ 1.5 days. Had to leave and rebook elsewhere.

The bridge on the theme park side is closed outside of theme park hours, which was inconvenient. It's quite a walk from the bridge to the island to the old town, so it's better to use Grab.

Hotel situato su un'isoletta privata molto caratteristico. All'interno del complesso viene effettuato uno spettacolo molto scenografico che personalmente consiglio di acquistare insieme al pernottamento. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Piscina infinity a bordo fiume spettacolare (peccato abbia pochi lettini e che il bar non funzionasse in bassa stagione)
