So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!

AN BANG BEACH DELIGHT

KA Villa was a wonderful experience. My balcony room was above the lovely garden with a pond. The breakfasts were delicious and varied.

This place is amazing!!! People working there are friendly, polite and very helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location is great, near the beach and on a street with variety of restaurants, pubs and shops. My partner and I had the aloe vera wrap which was perfect after a long day at the beach, felt really refreshing and she was great. Also had a pedicure which I hadn't booked however in less than half an hour the professional was in doing amazing job. Everyone made us feel very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back!!! Thanks

I was here for 24 days during my stay in Vietnam , I could not have been treated any better by the staff at this hotel. The breakfast choices were wonderful And all very delicious ! Pieni, kiva , tunnelmallinen majoituspaikka. Ranta lähellä oli vähän epäsiisti, roska sit rannassa. Läheisyydessä oli muutama ravintola ja baari ja kauppaki. Ravintola vastapäätä olevassa kahvilassa tosi hyvä kahvia jos sellaista kaipaa. Huonet olit hyväkokoiset, päivittäinen siivous, pienehkö allas ja vähän kosteuden hajua huoneessa. Mutta ei haitanut meidän oleskelu. Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällinen ja auttoi mielelläläni kaikessa.

I have never felt so welcome or at home in a hotel! KA Villas is a special place. The staff here are so wonderful and really care about you and your trip. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub and shower. Each room has a balcony area with comfy seats overlooking the koi pond, a nice place to sit and relax. You order breakfast the day before and as soon as you take a seat they bring fresh juice and fruits whilst they cook your breakfast - this was a huge highlight for me! The pool was probably the cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in! They light it up so pretty for an evening swim. The staff helped us book local tours, we also had a lovely massage, and they helped us booked taxis. They even waved us off as we left! The local area is so nice - lots of nice restaurants and cafes along the beach - I recommend Hit Ha and Naia (this one is right across the street and they also offer yoga classes overlooking the sea!). I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hoi An!

Genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so kind and welcoming and genuinely cared for the guests. Breakfast was so delicious and healthy every morning, cooked to order and so many options. Our room was clean and beautiful and overlooked the villa. Free laundry service everyday helped us so much since we were backpacking for 2 months. There are also free bikes to rent which was so much fun to take them to An Bang beach. There was one day I fell off my bike (my fault, I was going too fast) and a staff member helped me with first aid and bandaging myself. I will always remember her kindness! I’ll pick KA Villa to stay at everytime I’m in Hoi An!!!

아담하고 가족적인 숙소

국내에 유명한 소울키친까지 도보 10~15분 정도 소요. 인근은 한창 개발 중으로 바로 앞에도 또 다른 빌라 건축 중. 깨끗해보였으나 커튼 뒤 창틀에 벌레와 먼지가 상당, 룸에서 바퀴벌레 나옴. 더운 지역에선 자주 보이지만.여행 중 유일하게 목격한 곳 층수가 낮아 엘리베이터가 없음. 특히 복층구조의 패밀리룸은 최상층(3층)에만. 풀장이 있지만 아동용으로 수심이 얕고 작습니다. 대신 3분 거리에 전용비치(파라솔 무료) 있음. 조식은 간단하게 준비되며 달걀과 베트남식 국수는 개별 주문. 카페 요금이 저렴해서 밤에 술과 음료를 마시기 좋았습니다. 직원붕들이 친절합니다.

I think the amazing reviews pretty much sum up everything about this place. Staff are amazing and always ready and prepared to go the extra mile. Nhung was great and on hand to answer any questions and help us with transport, as well as point out places to eat and tips for our stay. Breakfast cooked fresh to order every morning. There was someone watching the front of the property each night. Rooms were big and I loved the big, deep bath with a shower attached. They supplied beach towels and even offered a free laundry service each day. We felt welcomed, relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived. Would definitely return. You get a very personal, warm touch.
