We had a very enjoyable time staying at the Laluna hotel. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped organise a couple of excursions for us which included a driver for the whole day.

The hotel is located perfectly along the river and close to all the action in the ancient town and night market. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed pleasantly with a view of the river. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special during our visit. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely stay here again.

A recommaned hotel to stay in Hoi An

Hotel location is very close to sightseen place and night market. The most important thing that impressed me is their excellent service. Lobby Manager (forgot the name, a Mr.) truely put his passion into work, kindly to every guest.

Great location that was near to night market and lantern boat ride. Many shops nearby and eating options. Great Service, Breakfast and Comfortable

We stayed for two nights at the Laluna Hỏi A River Side Hotel. The location is perfect near the town center and makes it easy for walking around the night market and old town. The staff are great — very helpful and willing to offer service. The breakfast had a great selection of Vietnamese specialties and was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to this property when visiting Hoi An!

Perfect location and great hotel

The room was lovely; spacious, great bathroom, good sized balcony overlooking the pool. Very good condition. Location is perfect for Hoi An, just a few minutes walk outside of the loud, busy centre. Breakfast was delicious and very varied.

Laluna hotel in Hoi An is an absolute gem! It's so pretty, literally minutes from the old town and its beautiful streets. Breakfast is delicious and the staff will do anything to make your stay very special! Nancy and Thao are just amazing! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only 5 minutes walk along the river. Staff were wonderful, friendly, obliging and willing to help whenever needed. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful, welcoming and superb location

We had a wonderful experience at Laluna. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our two little ones. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the facilitiea and location were fantastic. One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at.

I really enjoyed my stay at Laluna. The room was spacious with balcony, private bathroom/shower, cupboards, coffee/tea and plenty of charging points. The breakfast had excellent range, as a vegetarian it was so good to have several stir fry options/salads, The croissants were good as well as omelette station. The staff were great starting with the porter, reception - very helpful, and kitchen great too. The hotel is 5 min walk to all the action but on a quiet street along the river.

The hotel is 5 mins walking to the Japanese bridge. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend the pool bar where you can swim and have very nice cocktails!
