From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The amenities and concierge services provided were excellent, and I can not rave enough about the 90 minute, hot rock massage! This is one of the best stays I have had, anywhere in the world. Hoi An, and the Old Town Hotel, are the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Ni and Hau (I hope I spelled your names correctly, you are both amazing! I can not speak highly enough about this experience! Can I give 5 stars twice?

Overall a very nice stay. Thehotel os little dated but overall very clean. The staff were all great and Ni and Thuong at the reception were very friendly helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to any midrange traveler.

Amazing hotel! Old world vietnam decorated with brick walls and laterns in the room. It has a balcony too! Spotless with everything you need for comfort. Beautiful bed. The staff...outstanding! They take good care of you. Right in old town and walking distance to everything. Good value for the money!

Room was outdated and in much needed repairs and renovations. Our A.C units was broken (1 keeps on turning off every 20 mins and the other I had to put my sock where the air comes out because the thing keeps on collapsing on itself….) the bathroom was dirty as well… our “Deluxe” room has no window on top of everything. At least the staffs were nice and did all they could to compensate us with the airport ride but that’s still unacceptable for what we paid for
