Great loation by the bach and not far from Hoi An old town with 3 times a day free shuttle. Great swimming pool and very kind staff. Amazing breakfast, and near by dining option outside the hotel. A problem with the faucets was repaired quickly.

We found the Palm Gardens Resort to be welcoming right from the start, the staff are lovely and obliging, the room was spacious and very handy to the reception, pool and restaurants.
