My only problem really was how to handle replacement towels and pajamas for multiple nights - this is done well but differently from other places, so a little information at check in would have been useful. "The Matsue Urban Hotel is a great place to stay while in Matsue. The breakfast is outstanding with a lot of variety including Japanese and American type of selections. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The location is very close to the train station which includes taxi and bus services. When I return to Matuse, I will stay here again."
