If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so. Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. “Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. “What an absolutely beautiful place! We loved our room; it had so much character. We appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room, the included breakfast; the restaurant on site, the wifi and the available parking. “Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo.
