Elevators were very delayed spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator. Walls are super thin could hear all The hallway noise and noise from room next door.

Indoor waterpark was nice, but more than half of us did not go. Parking is limited. There was construction going on. Not enough activities for teens, but plenty for younger children. Quantity for dining was available, but no quality meals. Pretzel place was enjoyed. Pizza was inedible. Room looked adorable online, but space and beds were smaller than expected. Having to return towels to waterpark was a bit much. Overall, just no wow factor.

Our room didn’t have soap. My kid dropped toy under the bed, we moved the bed and it had unfinished soft drinks bottles, dirt, other broken toys

Great Wolf Lodge not so great anymore
We have been going to Great Wolf for over 12 years now, many times 2x-3x per year. What we experienced this time is what we see often with hotels as they age, maintenance starts to slip, they start to nickel-and-dime you, and service suffers. Biggest complaints: - many small valves/jets/things kids are supposed to play with in waterpark don’t work properly anymore - charging $15 for towels - charging for “preferred parking” - not having sufficient staff to ensure you can feed everyone meals on-demand (some families were turned away at breakfast buffet because they didn’t have a reservation, isn’t that the point of buffet???)

Property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Property and water park were smaller than expected. A bit crowded at times. People reserve 5 chairs with their stuff and do not even sit on them so finding a spot to sit can be hard during busy hours. 2-3 days should be enough. Food choices are very limited.

Not Worth the Price of Admission
Not worth the price! Started off with the parking, had to park far because all the close spaces were paid or marked off for valet. Then, we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. The outside pool area was closed off, the inside water park was over crowded, and the extremely over priced restaurant on the 4th floor had mediocre food. Not to mention the rooms were just average. Also, we could not use the water park until after we checked in. We had planned to stay 2 days just for the water park, but decided to only stay one because there was nothing special about it. For the over inflated price I paid, I thought there would be more. Sorry to be a downer, I know some people love this place, for me, I guess I just had very high expectations that were not met. Not even half-way.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. First time was in 2018 and was decent at the time. I was very disappointed this time around. We ordered food/drinks at the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to get drinks. My food came and after eating a few bites I found a hair, so we had to send it back. The ac in our room never got cold, the water from the bathtub dripped constantly and the faucet was falling off. My mother in law found a roach in our toilet. The water park was pretty decent and kids had fun there. Just all around not a good experience and will not return. Kalahari was way nicer.

Was Amazing. My Fienceé and I went for our 1 year engagversary and 2 year old being together. Neither one of had been there before it was really fun. My only negative was that the app and online showed more shops that weren't there except very limited and combined into another store.

LOVED the arcade. Definitely expensive but my son raved about actually getting tickets to collect. The gifts weren't the greatest but he really enjoyed it. I liked that it wasn't all shoot 'em up and killing games. It was more carnival-like games which was great. I did not like the room layout with the bathroom sink in the main area and no privacy. The lighting was yellow so nothing looked good. No full-length mirror either. We felt there were limited dining options and not many people to ask general questions to around the hotel. ' I was shocked at how crowded it was and it made it less enjoyable.

This place is fun for kids but so expensive it takes the fun out of going here. Also, they could work on the cleanliness of the rooms, our floor looked as though it was not vacuumed.

Had to stop here for the night and we figured it would be a decent hotel based off of past stays in other locations. I’m glad we didn’t stay more than one night to be honest. There was a loud extremely high pitched whistle in our room that we could not locate. The bathtub didn’t not drain and I’m pretty sure they use rocks to stuff the pillows with. The pictures looked amazing and we considered extending our stay so the kids could enjoy the water park for the day, but even they were ready to leave after the night they had.

First of all, our room was ready before the check-in time. It was so convenient, especially after 4 hrs flight. Room and bathroom were very clean. Furniture is a little outdated, but it is not that important since a room was so clean. We stayed 3 days, took a transportation from and to airport, and were using Uber to go downtown Dallas and downtown Grapevine. We liked the buffet breakfast; could find anything we wanted to eat; plus, the price for one person was not expensive. Indoor water park was awesome. My 13 y.o was very happy. Outdoor supposed to be opened last day on the Labor Day ; but they opened it only for couple hours after 2 pm. Honestly, the outdoor water park is mostly for smaller kids: just 2 slides and 1 swimming pool. What I didn’t like is that nobody was cleaning the tables in the outdoor pool are where people eating, and bees with flies were bugging everyone. We ordered a pizza and could not find a clean table outside, so we went inside. On the first day we had a dinner in Italian restaurant nearby in Grapevine downtown; and next day we were dining on the 4th floor restaurant at Wolflodge. Both dining experiences were great. Check-out was extremely simple over the phone text message which was so convenient.

Great stay, just some issues w/ the room
The room that we stayed in was good, but had some issues. The refridgerator was uneven and not secured. There was a hole behind the cabinet that the TV was on and blocked by a piece of wood that could move. The TV was also not really secured so if someone hit that cabinet the TV could have toppled over. I had a two year old in there so I had to be very careful.
