Lock box outside the property was broken. Didn’t know this until halfway through my stay. So anyone could have came in and taken my stuff and they wanted me to leave the key in the lockbox even if I was in the property. Found that very unnerving.

You only get 2 parking spots in the valet. Also the valet only was annoying, wish you could just park your own car and grab your own car. The entire building had a very musty smell, so make sure you take some air freshener. The elevators were very slow so make sure you always leave with enough time and aren’t in a rush. The condo itself was clean and served it’s purpose for its stay. You definitely get what you pay for.

Poor. We didn’t even stay. There were bugs, on the couch and bedroom pillows. Greasey fingerprints on the walls, damage to walls, outlets, furniture. No tv remote. No fans, no windows that opened. We didn’t stay. All the phone numbers posted didn’t work or connect with any human

I never was able to talk directly to property management. It was very frustrating. The floors were not mopped and there were bugs in the apartment- i think roaches so I left the lights on in the bathroom. My stay could have been perfect despite this had they responded to my emails. Phone number did not work.

Clean but....

The place was nice all in all and whoever does the cleaning of the property. There's high praises. It is a residential complex versus a hotel which is not a problem with us. The unit itself had some damages to the walls which we noted. Pawn check in and sent a email to the property corporation but never received a response from them. When we tried to watch TV the remote control which was missing the battery cover did not work. We thought maybe it just needed new batteries. So I went to the little convenience store and purchased batteries. But again it still did not work. It probably needs to be replaced with one that works. The bed is a little squeaky however, I think that could be because of the fact that it's laying directly onto the concrete floor, so there's nothing to keep it from sliding around. That is not an issue or a complaint. Just a observation. It does seem as if it may be time for an upgrade to the mattress as it seems to lean in more towards the center. The sofa also does the same thing.

SHAMEFUL just how HORRIBLE the lack of service!!

HORRIBLE experience - called property 37 times total trying to get access to my room. Called repeatedly before arrival like the instructions stated - no answer - arrived on site at 3:30 - WAS THERE FOR 2HOURS waiting and repeatedly calling - NO ANSWER for myself or Hotels.com representative. I left at 5:30 to get to work by 6pm. Took a break at 11 to try calling again - NO ANSWER. My shift at the hospital was over at 4am yet I had to stop work early and starting at 3am KEPT CALLING AGAIN - NO ANSWER. Hotels.com CS Reps ALSO called repeatedly with no answer - spent the next 2hours on phone and trying to find somewhere to stay - ultimately getting a late booking at 5:20am for the only place available - a $429 ROOM!! Didn’t get there till a little after 6am and was checked out at noon to go back to work on 2.5hrs of sleep - LITERALLY almost was stranded with no where to go in a city where I know NO ONE all because someone couldn’t do their job and answer the damn phone! SMH. Shame on this property and shame on whatever employee ruined my entire work weekend - Zero stars - DO NOT RECOMMEND - and still pissed that even as of now, 3days later, NO ONE has called or emailed or anything to follow up on this blatant disregard for the situation they placed me in mentally, physically, and financially - further proving they have a SERIOUS customer service issue as a whole. Shame on you and learn to do better.

Found a leak under the kitchen sink on day one. Sent an email about the leak on day two and called the number listed for contact in case of issues about 10 times that day. The number listed would ring about 12 times and then it would hang up on you, it was not possible to leave a message. No reply to my email ever occurred, and no call was ever made back to me. On day five I sent another email about the sink, and made them aware that there was no remote control for the TV, (I don’t watch TV so I didn’t notice until day four that there was no remote). I checked out this morning and left the key in the lock box. Still have not heard back from them at all. What would happen if I had an actual emergency? Don’t think that I would purposefully book with them again. Expedia should probably drop this host.

Curbside couch included.

We thought this property would match our family's needs for a spring break trip. Its location is great, in the downtown area. And looked like it would accommodate us well. We arrived to find a very unfortunate sight of a couch and loveseat. We took photos and tried to call all available numbers to the property to no avail. Not one answered call for two days straight that we tried. The couches and chairs provided were in awful condition. The place was spacious but dirty. Beds in our unit were the worst. We also had a view of a large population of homeless people. Besides the valet and location of the building, nothing else was impressive of this particular stay.

Bad stay.

It was bad. I constantly emailed and called the numbers about my problems nobody never responded. I went to the office. I have videos in pictures. The stay wasn’t right I wasn’t able to watch tv at all it was no remote control. It was holes in the wall I was only given one face towel I had to buy detergent to re wash the towels just to take proper showers. The place wasn’t worth my money that I worked hard for I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

This place sucked!

They wouldnt answer calls for anything we needed help with. There was no remote for the tv and we asked for one and they never brought it. We waited 3 days for toilet paper. Outlets didnt work. It was awful.

We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds

Terrible service and room

The hallways smelled of pot which permeated into the room. Mattress was old and squeaky. Upon checking out, I received notification that I’ll be refunded 220 of my 300 deposit. I have called and left emails with no response. The unit was left just the way I came in (pictures attached that were taken just before leaving). No damages were incurred, yet they are not returning my damage deposit in full. They advertise having a gym. It is not for use, nor do they provide the code to enter. It is for the residents in the adjoining building.

Stayed here for a Local Convention

This placed served my purposes perfectly - There were a few things off: Only one parking space, only one access card, the smell of smoke, and the window view of a homeless park HOWEVER, I walked everywhere I needed for the week: Convention center, 7-11, etc. They had a nice pool and workout center. I couldn't beat the price either...
