The rooms were too small, no air conditioning, low water pressure, insects coming in at an opening at the bottom of door, no ironing board. However, the staff were nice enough to give us another room which was a little better than the previous. Breakfast wasn’t much, coffee, dry cereal and apples.

The only thing that was a downside was that the handicapped room we asked for didn’t have the shower seat that we needed. Other than that was a good stay. And the price was budget worthy as well. No problem with AC was nice and cold.

The room was very clean, sheets were clean and Parking lot was well lit. My only complaint is after I left I received a msg accusing me of stealing a comforter and they would be filing a theft report. I txted them back and let them know I was heading back over there. I got back to the property and the woman in the front apologized and stated she would have to investigate it and they would not file a police report at this time and that it was probably a mix up with housekeeping. I let her know that we always bring our own blankets. I have never been accused of stealing. She states that she was new. That was ridiculous.

The staff were very courteous but the location was not good for us. It was not close to the stadium where we needed to be for a conference. It was in an area that felt very isolated. The traffic noise from the nearby highway was a problem for us.

The property is nothing as shown in the photos, no laundry, $50 unlisted deposit required, $ parking fee. Smelled terribly of smoke in the "non" smoking room, no hair dryer as listed, fridge half worked if you out a drink at the top. The beds were comfortable. Area has a lot of homeless and people doing drugs near hotel (less that 50ft away)

The first room we were given had no air conditioning, the tables looked like they had been wrapped in duck tape at one point-there was residue all over each table and the stand for the microwave, paint drippings everywhere, A cigarette burn on the comforter even though it was a smoke free room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room however the sink faucet was not secured to the counter, an outlet was not attached which we needed for plugging in things and the toilet ran continuously. The maid will come in while your out so make sure you utilize the door sign. I prefer to call for service when I need it and was not aware they would do this.

This was the worst stay I've ever had and never staying here again. #1 I didn't get the room I booked and a friend had to sleep on the floor. #2 TV never worked #3 Sink was clogged the whole time. #4 Latch on door missing from previous door break-in and in a very sketchy area. When I checked the lady at the front barely said 4 words.

I was only there for 20 minutes and seen 3 roaches, 2 big spiders and there were several burn holes in the comforter even though it was a “non smoking” room. The water pressure to the shower was horrible. The room smelled like mildew.
