โMy stay was last minute, and everything was great. the staff even took the extra step to bring ice to me room (they didn't have to do that) and the room was super clean.
This Inn is close to dining and the highway, so it's a great location.โ
โI stayed for 4days comfortably with a close shopping mall in a 5minutes by walk. I leave some as below:
1) No complimentary water in the room
- hope you to buy at nearby market
2) Arrange and partial clean every two days
3) at winter season, it is quite dried in the room. I recommand to hang the wet towel up at head of bed.
4) the others are quite perfect! All of employees are so kind and reflect well.โ

The Sheraton has the right location.
Convenient to the highways, shopping, restaurants and sports arenas.
Portions of the hotel are being renovated but the available rooms are not bothered by the activity.

โThe room is very dry and hear is noisy and not warm. I could hear all the sounds from upstairs and outside of room. The window can't be opened so it is difficult to get the fresh air. For long term stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel since the breakfast menu is never changed.โ
โThe hotel is small-scale but very cosy and well-managed. The staff was so friendly and willing to help that we had such a nice stay. Getting around Boston and the nearby towns is convenient, if you drive or use the subway connections. We could enjoy coffee and cookies they provide in the lobby. โ

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff โ thank you for making our stay so memorable."
