Pleasant stay
Meets my expectation . Very basic and clean. Staff are very helpful and sincere . I was unable to use pool facility as my stay is very short . Would definitely come back again

Best thing about the hotel was the quiet garden and the swimming pool. They are building an extension at the back but we were not there during the day so were not aware of any noise.

My only real issue is the cafe had no Coke Zero lol. After a couple of days I walked across the streets and got my own. I just think someone could of done the same thing. I guess no one cared. Not a big issue obviously.

Amazing!! The front desk is so nice, very friendly and accommodating. I love to stay in a simple but with very kind and friendly people. It’s like staying in a home away from home!!

Nice, even after more then 2 years, not really thing has changed.the service was very good. The rooms clean and good. Only thing that has changed to the bad way, is some things in the restaurant, they did not really develope. When coming in, they turned on the TV.!!!! The coffe tastet not good. And some staff was going to sleep under the buffet table and playing with his cellphone. A totaly no go.

When we were there the Covid restrictions on foreign travel had only been lifted for a few weeks and there were few guests, so that might explain some of what we experienced. The whole time we were there, the pool looked a little too murky to attempt to swim in. It just needed some more treatment and chlorine, and it did seem to get slightly better by the end, but I never went swimming in it. A day after we arrived, their WiFi went down and there was no urgency to get it back up. After awhile we thought about switching places, but the weather was supposed to get bad and my girlfriend was not feeling great (not sure if this is related, but she did go swimming in that pool), so we decided to just stay. After about 12 days, on the day before we were going to leave, they told us the WiFi was back up. It sort of was, but it kept kicking us off for some reason. On top of all of this, I was going to choose a different place before I picked Hotel Tropika, but that place had marked that they were undergoing renovation, so I decided to pick Hotel Tropika instead. It was never very loud, but Hotel Tropika is building a whole other wing right next to the main one, but didn't mark that they were renovating. They had basically falsely advertised to us 3 times over, but never offered to discount anything. This place has a lot of potential, but it seems the owners must be too cheap for their own good. The only reason they aren't getting the worst rating is that the staff was great.

This was our third stay very good ,do to the covid there were few customers so resturant avalability was shortend , we had the pool to our selves . It will be the hotel of choice when visiting Davao again

Som sædvanligt en glad og varm velkomst. Stedet er dejlig roligt og at sidde ved saltvandspoolen er skønt. Værelserne er store og rene. Eneste minus er restauranten Ayala, der ikke hører til hotellet, men kun har en beliggenhed der,. Servicen er under al kritik, og man får ikke servietter, eller man prøver at pådutte gæsten noget denne ikke vil have. At sidde og vente på regningen i 45 min er ej heller så morsomt. Maden er til gengæld ok. Morgenmads buffeten er fint. Men de har behov for at lære.

おおむね快適に過ごしましたが、バスタオルのみで、ハンドタオル、フェースタオルが無かった。 空港送迎シャトルも迎えは無料だが、送りは有料という紛らわしい方式で困った。

At blive hentet af den samme chauffør, blive mødt med et ægte smil, check in er allerede ordnet, og velkomst drink i form af frisk presset melon saft serveret på værelset, var rigtig flot. 303 på 2nden sal var fint og rent, på nær at der den ene morgen var nogle de insekter på underkoppen. Restauranten fik et nyt besøg, og maden var fint, det var en rigtig god burger, lidt småt med pomfritter, men vi bestilte en ekstra portion, de var dejlig sprøde. Men også denne gang kneb det lidt med time management. Extra pomfritter kom 5 min før burgeren, som en slags forret. De friske frugt juicer er en meget god og velsmagende ting. Det kan de bare, det der med juicer. Men lidt time management må de lære til en anden gang. Arealet rundt om hotellet trænger til en kærlig hånd, og lidt rengøring ville gøre godt. Hyggeligt var det med et bryllup i haven ved poolen. Jeg anbefaler stedet og glæder mig til næste gang og håber der er sket noget mere i den gode retning.
