“I had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel! The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing, especially the two women at the front desk and Ms. Houston in the lobby, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the hotel was overbooked, so I couldn’t get my reserved king-size room and had to settle for two double beds. However, since it was just a one-night stay, it wasn’t a major...

“Check in was smooth, front desk was pleasant, 2 different shift personnel, both pleasant. Lobby was decorated for Halloween nicely. I stay at Sonesta Select for Uncc home football games and have always been satisfied. Room has always been clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable. Only stayed in the patio rooms every visit.”

“A safe, secure. clean property. The kickback evening drinks and food were amazing!”

“Delayed checkin with housekeeping running behind almost an hour, but all else went well.”

“다좋았는데 이불에서 덜말라 퀴퀴한 걸레 냄새가났음 자는내내 신경이쓰였음”

“We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P”

“Very clean. Staff was professional and courteous. It’s not easy to find a good hotel when you’re coming from out of town you can never be too sure of what you’re going to walk into. I was very satisfied. Slept like a baby. $20 feet for my ESA cat. But overall if I had to choose again I would definitely choose them. Good price too for double queen bed. This isn’t the place for fancy hot breakfast but if you’re looking for a clean hotel not how good the free breakfast is then this is your place.”

“Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Close to everything. Great place ,staff and location . Plus pup friendly”

“Absence of elevator made luggage carrying difficult! Excellent hotel.”

“Great place for our anniversary weekend getaway! The staff was great. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a card in our room.”
