"It is a great location. Right across the road from the Davis Bay Pier, and a great walk along the promenade. The queen-sized bed in the rear bedroom is too big for that room and there is very little space on the outside side of the bed to even walk beside the bed. The villa (#5) we stayed in had a noticeable slope in the entire unit. The shower door did not stay closed without putting a towel in the track. We noticed there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom faucet. Front desk had a maintenance person take care of it right away. While this is a sister property to the Coast Hotel next door, it is a slight step down in the accommodations, but we felt the savings were worth it."
