“Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!”

“Easy to find, next to E-way. Rooms were clean and spacious . Very quiet , due to time we did not get to use the pool, although it was being used and the kids looked like they were all having a great time. Would like to see different toilets, they seamed so small. ”

“The staff is amazing at this Hyatt place! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! 5 stars all around. The only problem in this quaint area is trying to get an Uber. Otherwise Flint Hyatt place is awesome to visit.”

“Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived. After 20 minutes we got a call saying it was ready. ”

“Everything was great with our stay other than our Check-in process was not. We had to wait in long lines, it took over an hour, there was no good guidance of where to stand and what to do from staff. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat as everything other than check-in was great, but the hotel needs to better figure out the checkin process.”

“Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....
