"The room was very spacious and clean. No fridge, fan or usb points. Lovely big balcony. Staff on reception desk were helpful. Drinks at the bar were expensive. Breakfast was ok, but the hot food was burnt and dried out by the time we got down there at 9.15 am, so we went down earlier the following day. A walk down the hill to restaurants, bars and the harbour."

"Really good views and very nice staff. Hotel is slightly outside the centre of Torquay but is walkable in about 20 minutes. The restaurant was unfortunately very poor; our first evening we were unable to have our full meal due to “technical difficulties”. The second evening we waited 30 minutes to order even drinks and then there were multiple errors with the order; they did at least give us a discount. Not really value for money."

Everything about this hotel needs to be reviewed from health and safety to ensure guests are safe, we had broken kettle, broken hairdryer, fridge in the room not working and the list is endless. I was so disappointed with the lack of service and the fact when I came down to reception staff would say I will get someone to come but no response"
