Dirty.
Overall the hotel was disappointing. It’s in need of repairs and maintenance and cleaning. The floors in the room were ok, but filthy in the hallway and stairs. The bedding smelled like cheese burgers and the towels smelled like a wet dog. All this I would expect from a sketch roadside motel, not a Marriott property.

VERY friendly staff, comfortable beds, overall quiet. The TV didn't work in my room, so I moved to another. Carpet and furniture were dingy, probably more from age/use than being dirty. Hallways seemed a bit beat up. I was comfortable and will stay again, though I could see my more bougie friends not returning.

We stayed 4 nights but our rooms were not cleaned the whole time. I emptied my own garbage and gave it to the housekeeper and I got my towels the 3rd day from the housekeeper on the floor. Other than that it was very nice.

The price I was quoted online on Expedia is not the price I was charged at all. In fact, I was charged almost $60 more per night than what the price showed me during booking.

I don't like the fact that Expedia listed the room for $84.00 per night and I end up paying $144 dollars per night at the hotel that bull crap. And should be illegal to do.

When I first got to my room the door was open. So I had to call down to front desk so they could search it first. I was just getting in at 2am and had to be up early in the morning. So that made me nervous. Then I’m ready to take shower drop my ear ring and the bed is loaded with things under it. And it’s one of those bed that are lifted off the floor no skirt so eventually I would’ve seen it. There was candy, dirty rolled up sock, deodorant, bottle cap and other random things. I took a video of it all. I just slept in the couch in the living room.

Two bedroom hotel was helpful and roomy. Plenty of space for all of us, tv in every room, kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast was handy and enjoyed by most in our group. I would recommend a good cleaning - shower curtain, back of chairs, etc.... Needs clips to keep curtains closed. And air unit could use an update.

the two rooms we had were awful. Old carpet torn carpet stains on furniture. Beds were worn down mattress. halls were dirty old carpet. Pets all over the place. They were allowed in the eating area as well.

The staff were all very helpful. Erin and Tien are the two that come to mind. Very helpful and nice. Erin unknowingly put my mind at ease before a big meeting with a few short words of encouragement and Tien was extremely helpful helping us find food within walking distance since our flight got in late. I would certainly recommend staying there. Rooms were nice, clean, and well ventilated the fact that there’s food within walking distance and entertainment close sets this place apart.

Great pet friendly family stay
We stayed only one night as it was just an overnight stop as we continued our trip south. We had rented 2 bedroom room and it was perfect for my family and our dog. Clean, friendly staff, and great accommodations.

Excellent customer service and communication from the staff. Whenever we had a question, they would always be able to answer or assist us. If they didn’t have the answer, they would do their research first then get back to us. They had breakfast everyday, which was nice. It would have been better if they had more options to choose from but we still enjoyed it. Rooms were nice and spacious. We had the two bedroom suite and it was spacious enough for our family of five. There was only two issues we had but I didn’t bring it up to the staff because it didn’t really bother us. The first one being that the bathroom lock didn’t work and the second was that I found someone’s clothes in the night stand drawer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I had to get off of 75 at this exit due to the weather. I had to work early the next morning. I had laundry I needed to do. I waited in the lobby 20+ minutes. This is just not what I was expecting. It brought me to this hotel instead of the Marriott I wanted to stay in. This is 3 times we have had bad experience. My boyfriend is a truck driver and I am a traveling nurse. We like your hotels, but the experience lately is turning us against them. We don’t want to be. With our jobs we want to continue to hopefully stay in them because we can always find them. We were looking into your Hotels in Hawaii. We also stay in Northern Ohio a lot and Florida. Thank you for your time.

The staff were very nice. Aside from that the stay was terrible. We complained about the constant marijuana smell in the building and even sent an email to Marriott when it got so bad that I couldn’t sleep because the smell was so strong not just in the halls but in our room. The building was not clean and the room we were in had damaged carpet and lots of cosmetic issues etc. The building wifi was out for 2/3 of the time we were there, which normally isn’t bad but we were there for a long stay and needed to be able to work. Marriott said a manger would get in touch with us, but that never happened. We contacted corporate again and never had a reply back. We should not have been charged for the full stay if the hotel didn’t provide what they agreed to.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a welcome nicety. It was very good with lots of options for those with different dietary needs. Property feels slightly older - and there were boxes in the hallways (just looked messy) - but the stay was uneventful and the rooms were comfortable.

Short-staffed, I understand. However, please communicate there will be no housekeeping for the duration of a 10 day stay at check-in. Transparency goes a long way. I recommend travelers stay at one of the other hotels steps away in the Miller Lane area.
