The exterior was extremely noisy and busy. I spent a total of 4 minutes in the room before I declined to stay and requested a refund. The room was unclean, stains on the mirror and walls of the bathroom, paint chips on every wall and door in addition to being able to hear all of the noise from the exterior. After being assured I’d be refunded the facility went back on that request and neither I or Expedia could get adequate customer service. I’m a traveling professional who runs a small business and I’ve never had this problem before. The poor customer service was just as concerning as the state of the property and room. It is not as advertised from the second you arrive sadly.
