My husband had to change rooms twice. In the second room, he cut his ankle on something on the bed while he slept. It bled a lot. He complained and was given another room that wasn't much better, but he was told was one of the best rooms.

The customer service was horrible television remote didn’t work and took the guy over 30 minutes to get there to help with the problem… the room and the bedding were filthy. The AC barely worked. It took four hours for the room to cool down.

The hot water stopped working completely and we had to change rooms. Both rooms we stayed in were in various stages of disrepair. We will not be staying there again.
