“i got up in the middle of the night and turned the lights on to find a cockroach crawling on my pillow and another on the tv stand. plumbing in shower needs to be tightened and the drain fixed. Was not even offered a partial reimbursement. and the ac unit outdated doesn't get much further than the first bed”

“Checked in at 330 and the room was hot. Understood it hadn’t been on so we turned the air on and left to eat then go to the football game. There was a legit inch crack around the door bottom that sunlight came in, probably didn’t help the cooling off of the room. When we got back to the room at midnight and the room was still hot!! We were sweating and having someone with us with a heart condition we could not stay in that room. We were told they were booked up for the night and when we asked...
