“The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. “Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with...

“Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. The bathrooms could use some work.”

“The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.”

“First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again.”

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

“It's pretty much what you would expect for a $54 a night motel. The bathroom was cruddy and gross. There were random hairs everywhere. There were stains on the comforter. And the room smelled really weird. The nicest part of the entire place was the pool but it wasn't open, which was incredibly disappointing since it was almost a hundred degrees outside.”
