“I stayed at this hotel for six days. Overall, the staff were friendly, but I experienced several unusual and disappointing service issues. I was told that housekeeping would be provided daily, but in reality, the room was only cleaned when I specifically requested it. On one occasion, it even seemed as though water had been spilled on the bedding, so I had to return and ask for it to be changed. The service did not feel like what I would expect from a five-star hotel. My laundry was delivered...

“위치도 너무 좋고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 조식 준비하는 사람이 너무 없어서 커피도 한참 기다려야 하는 불편은 있었습니다. 조식때 룸서비스까지 하는데 1명이 그걸 다 하기는 불가능해보였습니다.”
