The faucet in sink kept dripping water towards the back, had trouble with the TV. The coffee maker was hard to operate. Don’t like your pancake machine it doesn’t work very well. I really liked the bed and the Heating/ Cooling system was very good

Room was presented in a pleasant way, clean and comfortable. A couple of hair was left in the bathtub. Wife, really despises this. Two small things. 1. Looked like the shower rod was used as a hand hold, it was almost falling off wall, could not keep curtain closed. 2. Tub slow to drain, water backed up while showering. Otherwise, it went well, appreciated the breakfast assortment and 24hr coffee access. Thank you, happy New Year. P.S. I’m not offering this to complain, but to perhaps be more efficient in the maintenance of the small things.

Customer service was great at check in. Everything in the hotel room was very nice and presentable. Newly updated on the inside and it was very clean. Free breakfast was really good and enjoyable. Everything we needed was close by, which made it very convenient. We truly enjoyed stay and would come back.
