"The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. "I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress.
On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue.
Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal.
I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable.
Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable.
