“The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. “Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. “A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. “This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!”
