Our stay at the Naturalis was a unique experience. The room was neatly clean, the personnel very attentive and the food top notch. We will comeback and let our friends know about this hotel.
This hotel was a good find, clean newly constructed or renovated. Breakfast with big and well presented. Home cooked. They have a restaurant on site. Staff are helpful, they have a service which will drop you to the upper gate free. Close to the bus stop to go to Denizli. Coffee and tea in the room .

Staff were attentive and helpful, they go out of their way to assist.
We had an exceptional stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with spotless, comfortable rooms, outstanding hospitality, and a welcoming staff. A special thank you to the wonderful family team for helping my husband arrange a surprise birthday cake, which made my birthday truly unforgettable. The location is perfect for visiting Pamukkale, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
This is a family owned property that provides a five star customer service. Very friendly staff that’s available to answer all your questions and they’re even eager to offer their own vehicle to go to Pamukkale park so you don’t have to deal with parking! Breakfast is very rich and made out of fresh ingredients. They have a full menu for lunch and dinner with very reasonable prices. They always offer some extra homemade goodies as you’re part of the family! The rooms are brand new and extremely clean. This is certainly a place to stay for top notch accommodation!
This was a cute property that we spent the night in during our travel. It was clean and friendly.

Overall, very good experience with staff and hotel.
Hotel is almost new with well designed spacious room.
Location too very near to all the restaurants and thermal waters.
This place is a diamond in the rough! It was so very clean and neat! The breakfast was delicious and the staff just as friendly as can be! The pool is beautiful! Everything was perfect and beautiful!
Arrival at the hotel, has given us an impressive prompt action from the receptionist and make sure that my stay was perfect.
The restaurant was a same level with our room and that's convenient for us.
The hotel is within a quiet neighborhood.

Not for the faint of heart
Thin walls, painted stark white and lit only by a single overhead fixture outfitted with a blui-ish halogen bulb that emphasized the room’s sparse furnishings. There were no reading lamps and the smell of crude room freshener sent us immediately to
open the toom’s only window, which faced the wall of another building. Bad move: there was no screen and mosquitoes came floating in.
And then there was the noise. OMG, the noise! In our ground floor toom, we could hear every footstep trodding through the lobby, squalling kids running through the halls, conversations in the lobby and in adjacent rooms. We could hear toilets flushing from all levels, guests walking on the floor above us
A spa that had been listed as one of the hotel’s amenities turned out to be a facility in a hotel a little ways away. (We received excellent massages there.)
On the plus side, the staff was uniformly pleasant and as helpful as possible. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though our key often didn’t work.
Breakfast was ok and the swimming pool was small but adequate. Location is very good, close by the Hieropolis archaeological zone and Pamukkale’s famous travertines.

Very nice place, I believe it's a family run hotel, staff Very attentive, nice room, has a nice pool and patio area, breakfast is nice. Street parking, close to the pools and ruins, restaurants a few minutes walk
So much heart and personality in this hotel. I had a fabulous three nights stay.
Clean rooms, quality service, yummy foods.
I’ll definitely visit again.
We stayed at this hotel for two days and had a wonderful experience. Our Deluxe Triple Room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the mountains and the pool. We especially enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere, made even more relaxing by the sound of birds chirping.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Pamukkale Travertines, with restaurants and shops within easy reach. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options.
A special thanks to Amir at the reception for his warm welcome and helpful guidance on the local attractions. The restaurant staff were also incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Amir was the English receptionist who assisted us and was amazing. Great conversationalist and did everything he can to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this place for any travellers to Pamukkale.
