The spa is amazing and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a long day in Amsterdam. The pools, saunas, and wellness areas are top-tier and feel like a true luxury experience. Another thing that really impressed me was the gym. It’s surprisingly large for a hotel and very well equipped. There are plenty of machines, free weights, and space to work out, and there are actually things to do beyond just basic cardio. It felt more like a full fitness club than a typical hotel gym. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of great service, an incredible spa, and excellent fitness facilities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam who wants both relaxation and a great place to stay."

"Pay attention to prices on the in-room service. I tried to order two food items that were not available and ended up going for third option. I noticed the price I was charged was +3.50€ more than what the menu stated for in room meal. Chicken Tikka shows 23.50€ yet was charged 27€ and I even left a tip on top of that before I realized the discrepancy in prices. I asked for itemized receipt and was told sorry it is not available. Also, the initial room I was given had the back door completely unlocked and just happened to notice by pure chance. "

"What a surprise! The room is smaller than I expected, but so well designed. The bed was very, very comfortable. And the price was right. I appreciated the free drinking water. Wi-Fi is free however I was not able to connect and was very disappointed. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which surprised me, but it helped motivate me to get moving in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. "
