“Very nice hotel for anybody. presonal, business, family as well. Very warm hotel with staff. Breakfast also lovely and nice. ”

“전반적으로 만족하는 숙소였음. 아침식사 종류가 너무 단순했음. 숙소 가격이 조금 비쌈 ”

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn. The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly...

“Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect”

“We only stayed for one night but it was brilliant. The cupcakes, milk and eggs left for us were a really lovely touch. My granddaughter was so sad to leave that we will bring the whole family next summer.”

“Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. “Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours”

“There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great!”

“A perfectly pleasant hotel, if a little generic, What it lacked in atmosphere as a place, was lifted by the helpful, friendly and cheerful staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home.”

“Enjoyed the lunch”

“친절한 직원들과 깨끗하고 아늑한 객실, 예쁜 뒷마당이 있어서 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다.”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

“Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers.”

“Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!”
