Didn't keep enough food for breakfast for the number of guests. Handrail in shower is loose. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. R Building & room were clean. Bed was comfortable. Room nicely decorated. Parking lot well lit.

We stay every year. Many of the staff have been here a very long time. The hotel is excellently managed. It is always sparkling clean and well-maintained. While we come to visit family in Aurora, we actually look forward to our stay in this hotel!

Room and bed was very comfortable. Bath was excellent. However, housekeeping skipped two days of the four nights we were there. Hot water temperature was too high. It should be around 120 Deg F to avoid scalding. Staff at the desk could have mentioned where the elevators were when we checked in. Breakfast was ordinary but good. Ran out of coffee, juice and other foods when a football team raided the breakfast room on the morning of the 29th (Saturday). Check in staff allowed us to change our room to the quiet side--away from Smoky Hill. Musk appreciated, I would stay with you again.
