The interior design of the hotel was very distinctive of the local tribal culture. Room was clean and the morning buffet breakfast was very sumptuous with the taste catered towards international travellers. The hotel was also near local eateries for travellers to explore local delicacies.

Buona struttura ma staff non adeguato. Da evitare

Struttura piacevole e ben arredata. Purtroppo il personale non è in grado di mandare avanti in maniera appena accettabile l albergo. Nessuno parla inglese tranne una sola impiegata presente solo la mattina. Appena arrivati sotto una pioggia torrenziale il taxi non è potuto entrare davanti l albergo perché l area di transito era ostruita dalle auto dei clienti cinesi e non sono venuti ad aiutarci con i bagagli e ci siamo letteralmente bagnati. Il ristorante è molto scadente il personale non parla inglese. La struttura è invasa da esclusivamente da famiglie cinesi urlanti e il personale non fa nulla per far rispettare la quiete dei clienti. Da evitare purtroppo

This is a type of hotel you should not anything special from. No in-room dining after 9pm. The breakfast selection was relatively poor, and it was very cold in the breakfast room (don't forget your coat!).

香格里拉市内にある外資系のホテル ホテルはロビーや内装がチベット風でとても素敵でした。 ただ ホテルをエキスペディアで予約する際に徳欽とホテル名の横にあり、徳欽にあるホテルと思って予約してしまい徳欽についてから実は香格里拉にあると分かりとても困りました。 徳欽の表記は、予約の際に混乱を招くので香格里拉にして欲しいです。

Great New Hotel

A new, clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom. The location is great with eateries, pharmacies, convenience stores a street away. Walking time to Old town is around 25 mins. The buffet dinner at the hotel is great. We paid RMB78 for a hot pot buffet dinner during our stay, excellent value!
