โExcellence front desk staff. Especially Natalie. We were there for a funeral and she got us flowers. It was such a sweet and kind gesture. Ive traveled a lot in my life and I will never forget Natalie and how kind she was.โ
โOnly thing I didn't like was that they didn't leave an extra roll of toilet paper and the one that was left was not enough for my runny nose. Other then that it was nice for the price. โ
โI am ADA accessible and I had to stay on the 2nd floor and take the stairs with my walker and cane next time save rooms on the first floor for those that need them and check in later as planned Thank you โ
โBathtub Jacuzzi button stopped working and I had to get maintenance to come at 12am to shut off the breaker to it. The front TV was static and didnโt work or connect to anything. Other than that, the unit was nice and comfortable.โ
