โOne Two Four Hotel & Spa was a wonderful surprise. Most places that tout their remodeling & renovations tend to exaggerate. One Two Four looks brand new throughout the hotel. Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as the chef Ashik made presentations of waffles and egg creations that rival Michelin restaurants in Paris. The private spa is a wonderful perc. โThis is well situated, nicely managed boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and reflect the character of the house. The hosts were charming, welcoming, and helpful. โ
โA lovely old house with excellent bedrooms and kitchen area. The little private garden at the rear was very pleasant to sit in. Polo is a very helpful host. There are a lot of roadworks going on in the area but further into the old town are all the great sights and restaurants. โ
โIt's my 3rd time to stay there for business trip. It is always clean and has a lot of space compare to other hotels in Gent. Also it has a parking lot.โ
