The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was great and provided everything needed. There is no outdoor space or any bars or restaurants though. Location was excellent.

Novotel Gent Centrum
AC did not work whatsoever and rowdy crowds at night made opening a window not much of a better solution. Sleeping was very hard every night because of this.

Very lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Large room with very comfortable bedding. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with many options in a beautiful restaurant. Dinner at the Bistro was great. Truly enjoyed staying here.
