“Clean rooms, helpful staff. The ice machines were out of order.”

“Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

“I was promised a handicap room for the week and did not get one at all I was with a large family I could not spend my vacation with I had to find another hotel and what did they say to me or give me nothing I think that sums up how I feel about this place I will spread the word”

“Couldn’t check in room til almost 6 pm. Room could’ve been cleaner ( dead bugs on floor, hair in shower) specially since we waited so long to get into the room. ”
